OPEN TO DECLARED HTMS MAJORS ONLY
Students will gain a vertical understanding of the entire industry. Topics will include all aspects of wineries, with a focus on sustainability initiatives: soils and climate, grapes varietals & classification, manufacturing of wine, equipment & processing, packaging & storage, marketing & distribution, wine heritage & tourism. This course will have many field trips in NJ.
