GSS 3169 - THE VETERAN EXPERIENCE
Veterans, honored by many, reviled by others, share in an intensely human experience. Those who have served in the Armed Forces engage each other, their government, their society, their enemies, and their friends and family in profound ways. Through the examination of veteran and service members’ experiences utilizing a social science lens, this course provides an understanding on what it means to be a veteran in the United States.
