You can use any combination of selection options to narrow your search for courses. You must choose at least one subject. Multiple subjects can be selected by dragging the mouse over two or more courses, or holding the Ctrl key while clicking on desired subjects. When selecting by course number range, you must enter a low and a high number. When your selection is complete, choose Get Courses to perform the search. |

This course seeks to examine the ways in which social change is affected and effected through the use of the legal system and government. It examines the public policy process and the steps in public policy formulation. Moreover, it examines how the business community influences public policy. The course examines why some social reform movements have been viewed by most observers as "successful" in bringing about social change and affecting public policy while others have been less successful in achieving their goals.
