Information You can use any combination of selection options to narrow your search for courses. You must choose at least one subject. GNM 2325 - NUTRITION FOR HEALTH
Introductory, Distance Learning (Online). Survey course on basic human nutritional concepts. It involves web-based instruction on topics including food choices and human health, nutrition tools, standards and guidelines, energy balance and healthy baby weight. Students will examine concepts of food safety and life cycle nutrition. Students will apply the concepts through analysis of their own diet and activity patterns.
