You can use any combination of selection options to narrow your search for courses. You must choose at least one subject. Multiple subjects can be selected by dragging the mouse over two or more courses, or holding the Ctrl key while clicking on desired subjects. When selecting by course number range, you must enter a low and a high number. When your selection is complete, choose Get Courses to perform the search. |

In depth study of E. H. Gombrich’s influential book, Art and Illusion. The course will provide insights into visual communication and theories of pictorial representation. Supplemental readings and films will provide a context for Gombrich’s thought. Weekly papers on course chapters are required.
