DANC 2203 - DANCE IMPROVISATION I
Prerequisite: Permission of Instructor Required. Open only to Theatre, Dance, and Music majors and minors.
This course investigates movement creation through improvisation using both individual exploration and spontaneous ensemble composition. Course work involves both the embodied practice and the investigation of the theoretical framework of improvisation through readings and written responses. May be repeated twice for credit.
