You can use any combination of selection options to narrow your search for courses. You must choose at least one subject. Multiple subjects can be selected by dragging the mouse over two or more courses, or holding the Ctrl key while clicking on desired subjects. When selecting by course number range, you must enter a low and a high number. When your selection is complete, choose Get Courses to perform the search. |

This is a Historical Consciousness (H) course. Television Cooking Shows are not only products of their times, they also produce changes in contemporary behavior and attitudes. Students will learn about the unique history of cooking shows, and to predict the coming trends that will spawn the next generation of shows and chefs.
