Information You can use any combination of selection options to narrow your search for courses. You must choose at least one subject. Multiple subjects can be selected by dragging the mouse over two or more courses, or holding the Ctrl key while clicking on desired subjects. When selecting by course number range, you must enter a low and a high number. When your selection is complete, choose Get Courses to perform the search.

ARTV 2140 - DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Prerequisite: Students must provide a digital camera with manually adjustable aperture, shutter, and focus. Not open to students with credit for ARTV 1130 or ARTV 2321 .
Arts Course (A).
The course will introduce students to the basic principles of the medium and the use of photography as a fine art and visual language. The quantitative content includes an introduction to sensitometry (exposure), and optics (aperture and focus) in photography. Various applications will be used to edit images and acquire an understanding of color theory, image resolution, and proportions. All course work will be submitted and reviewed online using Blackboard. FACULTY: W. WHITE
