BIOL 1270 - ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY I FOR NURSING W/LAB |
Description: This course is the first half of a one-year course in human anatomy and basic principles of physiology. Students will learn the anatomy (microscopic and gross) and physiological mechanisms of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems. Students will also become familiar with aspects of biochemistry, cellular biology, and histology. The co-required laboratory has been integrated into the scheduling for this course.
Restrictions: Open to Nursing majors only
Prerequisites: CHEM 2010 or CHEM 2110 with a grade of C or better
Corequisite: NONE
