HTMS 3135 - FUNDAMENTALS OF WINE
Prerequisites: HTMS 2101 Minimum Grade of D- Students will be introduced to the major wine-producing regions of the world and the elements of wine appreciation and service. Students will participate in several tastings. Students will analyze wine through three sensory attributes: appearance, smell and palate sensation. Students must be 21.
