Values/Ethics (V) Subscript. Aging and the Law is a course that will enable students to identify legal, sociological, psychological, philosophical, economic, and public policy issues that affect older adults and families, including the ethical dilemmas which arise. Course topics include: estate planning, long-term care planning, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Medicare and Medicaid. The role of Elder Care Law in facilitating Life Care Planning is emphasized.
