GIS 4676 - PERSPECTIVES ON HAPPINESS |
This is a Values (V) course.
However elusive, happiness remains a fundamental goal of most people and societies. This course explores interdisciplinary research on happiness, including the historical, philosophical, religious, psychological, economic, political, sociological, chemical, and biological. Additionally, this course heightens self-awareness, as students learn practical strategies to enhance their own happiness.
