GEN 2343 - PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION & WORKPLACE WRITING |
Must have completed a previous W1 course with a grade of C or better. This is a Writing (W1) course. In this course, students will develop the ability to communicate and write professionally and effectively in the workplace. Students will study technical communication models and theories and learn professional communication skills. Students will also learn newly-adopted communication strategies and practices which can be used in a professional setting.
