GEN 2101 - LEADERSHIP STRATEGY AND CHANGE |
This course focuses on the importance of accepting change in the team environment for improvement. Students will learn the importance of obtaining new skills and technology utilization for enhanced personal and organizational outcomes. The course will also explain how to prepare for change. A discussion of the nature, styles, and skills of leadership utilizing historic and contemporary models will be a central theme. This course will also focus on micro issues of leadership and will cover a variety of perspectives, including business, community, and small decision making groups.
