GAH 2311 - CULTURE, CLASS, AND CUISINE |
International/multicultural course (I). This is a seminar in cuisines of the world. Through research, demonstration and practice, students will explore various cultures and their related cuisines. The goal of the course is to develop an awareness of several cuisines and a sensitivity to the history and culture that have produced that food. This is an interdisciplinary course. Faculty: C.
