GAH 2114 - PERSPECTIVES ON GENOCIDE |
International/multicultural course (I). This course examines one of the central problems of our time - genocide. We will examine the origins of genocide, its roots in prejudice, hatred and dehumanization; ask questions such as: What is genocide? Is there a typology of genocide? Why is genocide a "crime against humanity"? Who can be held accountable, and by whom?
