EDUC 5430 - SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND DECISION MAKING |
This course deals with issues relating to school leadership and decision-making practices. Students will survey roles, responsibilities and activities of school leaders that create a school environment supportive of excellence. Students examine theories and skills that school leaders use to make collegial decisions that foster a participatory work place.
