CRIM 2108 - COURTS, LAW, AND PROCEDURE
Prerequisite: CRIM 1100.
This course is an introduction to the American court system with a focus on the criminal courts. A survey of substantive criminal law and criminal procedure will also be conducted so that students acquire a basic understanding of the legal theories and processes that underlie our criminal justice system.
