COMM 2103 - WRITING FOR THE MEDIA |
Prerequisite: Open only to COMM majors. Writing course (W1). This is an intensive writing course designed to introduce to students the various forms of writing for the mass media. The course covers a host of writing formats and styles all tailored to the specific medium and the target audience. The types of writing include news stories, feature stories, press releases, speeches, letters, web writing and broadcast newscasts. Faculty: S.
