MGMT 3120 - OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT |
Prerequisite: BSNS 2120 and (MGMT 3110 or MGMT 2110) with a grade of "C" or better.
This course covers management issues associated with the process of making goods and services with analytical tools and emerging technology. Topics include product design, process selection, location, facility layout, job design, supply chain management, inventory control, resource planning and scheduling, quality management, and lean systems.
