This course presents an introduction to Informatics in Healthcare. Students are provided with an introduction to the applications of information systems in a variety of healthcare environments including education, research, and practice. The course also provides students with skills necessary to identify, access, evaluate, and utilize valid and reliable sources of information related to healthcare.
