GNM 2325 - NUTRITION FOR HEALTH |
Introductory, Distance Learning (Online). Survey course on basic human nutritional concepts. It involves web-based instruction on topics including food choices and human health, nutrition tools, standards and guidelines, energy balance and healthy baby weight. Students will examine concepts of food safety and life cycle nutrition. Students will apply the concepts through analysis of their own diet and activity patterns.
