GNM 2267 - FOLK AND TRADITIONAL MEDICINE
This course comparatively examines the folk remedies and traditional medicine from several cultures, discussing systems, modalities, and techniques, historical origins, cross-cultural similarities, and comparing healing practices and remedies from each culture to what is known from the scientific literature.
