GAH 3225 - EXPLORING BARBECUE CULTURE |
This course offers students an introduction to the global history of barbecue. Students will explore the techniques of barbecue from parrillada in Spain, the char sui in China and so many more. Demonstrations of international and domestic barbecue techniques will be conducted throughout the course.
