EDUC 5366 - SEMINAR IN READING |
This course will emphasize current reading research by examining contemporary issues in reading instruction, assessment, basic skills, narrative and expository reading concerns, and workplace literacy. Each class meeting will be topic-specific. Theories and practices in regard to assessing and intervening in literacy development for a variety of different sorts of learners, including those facing various reading or writing difficulties will be examined.
